You will be refunded within 30 days. A prepaid postage label will be emailed to you for returns.

For returning product ordered in error

Returns will be allowed at the discretion of Ecstasy Crafts Inc. Please email us at support@ecstasycrafts.com for any returns. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please make sure to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or described incorrectly. In this situation, we will refund your postage costs to you when we process your refund or exchange.

Any goods must be returned in a saleable condition.

These terms apply to an order placed at this time. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will automatically apply in the future. Refunds for orders paid by cheque or email transfer

Orders paid by cheque or email transfer will be refunded as store credit that will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card that can be used on our website or in our retail store.
