Create a beautiful shaped aperture complete with pierced dot details with just one pass through your die-cutting machine with the Pretty Pierced Apertures Collection. Cut the honeycomb panel directly into cardstock to create a wonderful paper pierced effect complete with shaped aperture with just one pass through your die-cutting machine. Moonstone Dies - Pierced Honeycomb Aperture is made up of tiny dot details creating a lovely honeycomb pattern, ideal for adding flowers, butterflies, bees and more. The holes are large enough to place coloured cardstock, Mirri, parchment and inked backgrounds behind for the colour to show through. Place the ‘You’re sweet’ sentiment into the centre of the aperture to create a wonderful clean and simple card. Alternatively, place images such as Little Book pages behind the aperture to create a lovely framed centrepiece.
The honeycomb detail can also be stitched into using thread or cotton to create a texture look, or simply link each hole with a pen for a faux stitched look. Try inking through a die-cut panel, similar to using a stencil or mask, for a unique look that can be used time and time again.
